Payments for Archive Vault are processed through Stripe. Review the amount and billing frequency displayed at checkout. The Full access, one payment plan is charged once and has no scheduled renewal. If you have an existing recurring plan, use your account billing controls to review or manage that subscription.
For a payment or access issue, contact the Archive Vault team through Discord support with your Discord username and payment reference. Do not send full card details. This page does not promise a refund or exclude any rights available under applicable law.
